"Install was fine, but I was a little worried"
The install went okay overall, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous at first because I always worry I’m being fooled or talked into something, but everything got done in the end

"Poor service, cheap parts, lies"

I ordered a coolant bypass($156) for a 5.9 Cummins from Spelabautoparts.com. The item received was of inferior quality, unbranded, and I returned it per Spelab's instructions. Tracking number, etc. No refund. I opened a Paypal dispute. They contacted me and asked me to close the dispute and they would refund me in 24 hours. I closed it. 2 weeks and multiple emails later, still no refund.

"Fit Right and Went On Easy"
Not gonna lie, I was a little unsure ordering from spelabautoparts.com at first, but the part ended up fitting my truck well. The holes lined up like they were supposed to, and I didn’t have to fight with it or make any big adjustments.
The only thing I’d say is the instructions were basic, so I had to pull up a video just to make sure I was doing it right. Other than that, no real complaints and I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Showed up way faster than expected"
I thought I’d be waiting a while, but it got here quick. Like, surprisingly fast. I was happy about that, though I guess I had already mentally prepared to be annoyed, so it felt kind of weird not having anything to complain about.

"Return was painless"
I had to send a part back because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. It was mostly easy, and they got back to me within a day, which I appreciated. The refund wasn’t instant and took a few days to show up, but it did come through. I just wish the return shipping was a little cheaper. Overall, it was good enough and I’d still order from them again

"Delivered parts without mounting hardware"

Delivered parts without needed hardware. Sent several emails asking them to overnight the missing parts but dont get a reply until 22am mst. Told them several times what parts I was missing, so they clearly dont read emails fully as I told them in the first email what hardware I was missing. Its now day 3 since I emailed them & they still haven't sent the missing parts. They dont have a phone number & as I found out are based in China. StiStick with an American company & DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEIR SERVICE SUCKS
